1What VibeMate Is

VibeMate is a social connection app where users can discover and communicate with other people.

Depending on the features available in your version of the app, you may be able to:

• Create a personal profile
• Add profile photos and other information
• Discover other users
• Make friends and connections
• Send and receive messages
• Make audio calls
• Make video calls
• Interact with other users
• Use coins, credits or other paid features
• Block or report users

VibeMate is designed for friendship and social interaction. It is not a guarantee that you will make a friend, receive a response, or have a particular experience with another user.

2Who Can Use VibeMate

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a VibeMate account.

By using VibeMate, you confirm that:

• You are 18 or older.
• The information you provide is not intentionally false or misleading.
• You are creating an account for yourself.
• You will follow these Terms and applicable laws.
• You will not allow another person to use your account in a way that violates these Terms.

If we discover that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may remove or suspend that account.

3Your VibeMate Account

You are responsible for the information you provide when creating your account.

Please use your real identity and do not pretend to be another person.

You should also keep your login details secure. If you believe that someone has accessed your account without your permission, contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask you to verify certain information if we believe verification is necessary to protect the VibeMate community.

4Your Profile

Your profile is what other people see when they discover you on VibeMate.

You are responsible for the information, photographs and other content you put on your profile.

Please do not upload:

• Someone else's photographs without permission
• Misleading or intentionally false information
• Content that violates another person's privacy
• Illegal content
• Content that is threatening, abusive or hateful
• Sexually explicit content
• Content involving child sexual exploitation
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright or other rights

You should also think carefully about what personal information you choose to make visible on your profile.

5Treat People With Respect

VibeMate is meant to be a place where people can meet and have good conversations.

We expect users to treat each other with basic respect. Do not use VibeMate to:

• Harass or bully another person
• Threaten someone
• Stalk or repeatedly contact someone who does not want to communicate
• Intimidate another user
• Send abusive or hateful messages
• Share someone's private information without permission
• Impersonate another person
• Deliberately deceive people
• Encourage violence or serious harm

Different people have different personalities and opinions. You do not have to agree with another user, but you are expected to communicate respectfully.

6No Scams or Financial Exploitation

VibeMate must not be used to scam or financially exploit other people. You must not use the platform to:

• Trick someone into sending you money
• Pretend to be someone else for financial gain
• Ask users for passwords, OTPs or banking credentials
• Collect someone's card or payment information
• Promote fraudulent investment schemes
• Run fake giveaways
• Create fake emergencies to obtain money
• Use another person's account for financial fraud

If another user asks you for money or sensitive financial information, be careful and consider reporting the account.

VibeMate does not guarantee the identity or intentions of another user.

7Messages, Audio Calls and Video Calls

VibeMate may provide messaging, audio calling and video calling features.

When communicating with another person, you are responsible for your own behaviour and the content you send.

Do not use these features for harassment, threats, scams, exploitation or illegal activities.

If a user makes you uncomfortable, you can use the available blocking or reporting features.

Please remember that conversations with people you meet online should be approached with the same care you would use when meeting someone new in real life.

8User Content

You may upload photographs, messages, videos, audio, profile information and other material to VibeMate.

You remain responsible for the content you upload.

By posting content on VibeMate, you give VibeMate the permission necessary to store, display, process and make that content available as part of operating the service.

This permission does not mean that VibeMate becomes the owner of your personal photographs or other content.

We may remove content if we believe it violates these Terms, our policies, applicable law, or the safety of our users.

9Things You Must Not Do

You must not use VibeMate to:

• Break the law.
• Create fake accounts for deceptive purposes.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Harass, threaten or abuse users.
• Share private or confidential information belonging to someone else.
• Upload sexually explicit or exploitative content.
• Share intimate images of another person without their permission.
• Exploit or harm children.
• Promote terrorism or serious violence.
• Promote illegal goods or services.
• Conduct scams or fraud.
• Send spam or unwanted promotional messages.
• Use bots or automated systems to manipulate the service.
• Attempt to access another user's account.
• Attempt to bypass security features.
• Introduce malware, viruses or harmful code.
• Copy or misuse VibeMate's software, branding or content.
• Use VibeMate in a way that could damage the service or other users.

10Blocking and Reporting

If someone is bothering you, behaving inappropriately or making you uncomfortable, you can block them where the feature is available.

You can also report accounts or content that violate our rules.

When we receive a report, we may review the available information and take action where appropriate.

Depending on the situation, this may include removing content, limiting features, suspending an account or permanently removing the account.

11Coins, Credits and Paid Features

Some VibeMate features may require coins, credits, subscriptions or other payments.

The price of a feature will be shown to you before you make the applicable purchase.

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Coins and credits are digital items used within VibeMate.
• They are not cash.
• They cannot be withdrawn as money.
• They cannot normally be transferred to another user.
• They cannot be exchanged for physical goods.
• They do not represent ownership of any part of VibeMate.

We may change the price or availability of paid features in the future. Any applicable price will be shown before you make a new purchase.

12Purchases and Subscriptions

If VibeMate offers subscriptions or other recurring purchases, the applicable billing information will be shown before you subscribe.

If your subscription automatically renews, you are responsible for cancelling it through the payment platform used for the purchase.

Deleting the VibeMate app from your phone does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.

Refunds are handled according to the applicable payment provider's policies and applicable law.

13Safety When Meeting People

VibeMate helps people connect, but we cannot control what another person does outside the app.

If you decide to meet someone you met through VibeMate, please use your own judgment. For example:

• Meet in a public place.
• Tell someone you trust where you are going.
• Arrange your own transportation.
• Avoid sharing your home address too quickly.
• Do not share passwords, OTPs or banking information.
• Be careful if someone asks for money.
• Leave if you feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

VibeMate cannot guarantee that information provided by another user is accurate.

14Account Suspension or Removal

We want VibeMate to remain a safe and useful community.

We may suspend, restrict or permanently remove an account if:

• The user violates these Terms.
• The user repeatedly receives serious complaints.
• The account appears to be involved in fraud or abuse.
• The account creates a security or safety risk.
• We are required to take action under applicable law.
• We reasonably believe the account is being used for illegal activity.

In serious situations, we may take action without prior notice.

15Deleting Your Account

You can request to delete your VibeMate account through the available account settings or by contacting us.

After deletion, your profile and associated information may no longer be visible to other users.

Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting or other legitimate purposes, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

16VibeMate's Intellectual Property

VibeMate's name, logo, design, software, features, graphics, text and other materials provided by us belong to VibeMate or our licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit these materials without our permission.

17Third-Party Services

Some VibeMate features may depend on third-party services such as app stores, payment processors, authentication providers, analytics services or communication technology providers.

Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for services independently operated by third parties.

18Service Availability

We will make reasonable efforts to keep VibeMate working properly, but we cannot promise that the app will always be available or completely free from errors.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, network problems, security issues or circumstances outside our control.

We may also add, change, suspend or remove features from time to time.

19Other Users

VibeMate provides a platform for people to interact with each other. We do not guarantee that:

• A user is exactly who they claim to be.
• Information on a profile is accurate.
• Another person will respond to you.
• Another user will behave appropriately.
• A friendship will develop.
• A call or conversation will be positive.
• Another user will remain on the platform.

You are responsible for deciding who you communicate with and what information you share.

20Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VibeMate and its owners, employees, partners and service providers will not be responsible for losses or damages arising from interactions between users or from conduct of users outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

21Changes to VibeMate

VibeMate may change its features, services or these Terms from time to time.

If we make an important change, we may notify you through the app, website, email or another reasonable method.

Your continued use of VibeMate after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

22Applicable Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable in India, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

Any dispute will be handled by the courts or other dispute-resolution mechanisms having appropriate jurisdiction.

By creating an account or using VibeMate, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
